Paul has spent 40 years working in the financial services sector, 38 of which have been spent working for companies offering independent financial advice.

He was employed as a Consultant at Lloyds Bank Insurance Services, Senior Consultant at Sedgwick Financial Services and a Divisional Director for Heath Lambert Consulting.

Paul has spent his career providing advice to both corporate and individual clients, on a fee or commission basis.

In 1992 Paul became an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Insurance by examination and in 1998 was awarded the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate.

Paul is married with two daughters and lives near Colchester.
